1.1. Maple Cord Creations is a Canadian handmade accessory business specializing in crafting and selling handmade fidget necklaces and other accessories.

1.2. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item may have slight variations, making each piece unique.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order.

2.2. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2.3. Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available on Etsy.

2.4. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

 3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added at checkout.

3.2. We ship to select locations as indicated on our Etsy shop. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3.3. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

3.4. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1.  Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges but will work with our customers to find a solution if there is an issue with your order. Please message us within 24hrs of receiving your item if there is an issue.

5.1. All content on our Etsy shop, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Maple Cord Creations and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Etsy shop without our prior written permission.
