Due to the nature of our items(both physical and digital printables), we do not accept returns or exchanges but will work with our customers to find a solution if there is an issue with your order or download file.

Please messages us within 24hrs of receiving your item if there is an issue.

Please messages us within 24hrs of receiving your item if there is an issue. We ask that you provide pictures and a reason for the refund (wrong colours, damaged product). It can take up to 5 business days to resolve refunds.

If packages are opened during custom inspections, it will be resealed with their sticker.

Once we have shipped out your order, it is no longer in our possession. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. We cannot replace or refund packages that are lost/stolen after they have been shipped. 

 Our items are ‘instant downloads’ we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns. Please send us any enquiries prior to purchasing.
